Playgate Ltd

Playgate Ltd. started operating as Market Sports in the Old Spitalfields Fruit Market in 1991 and is now in Batemans Row, Shoreditch. In July 2005 Playgate Ltd. purchased Slim Jim’s in Broadgate, the longest established and perhaps the most unique health and fitness club in The City.

At the end of March 2006 Playgate Ltd. bought what was Champneys Citypoint and which we have now called The CityPoint Club.

By keeping their own distinct names and individual designs we are creating a small unique group of health and fitness clubs that are both special and individual.

By keeping the group small our aim is to give each of the clubs and you as members the TLC that it and you deserve helping and encouraging you to keep fit and feel healthier in a warm and friendly quality environment.

It allows us:

• To provide you with better, friendlier and more personal service.
• To react more quickly to your problems or complaints.
• To make you feel that you are part of a club and not on a factory production line.
• To be more spontaneous in what we offer.
• To provide you with facilities that have the personal touch.
